I'm working on a Hetronic G610 truck remote system and need wiring details for both the sender and receiver. The units were damaged by previous technicians who cut the wiring and removed connectors. I've restored basic functions, but I'm stuck on the remaining controls, any help would be appreciated

Hetronic remotes can be a bit tricky without the original wiring diagrams, try to get the official hetronic wiring schematics for the G610 system, that's usually the quickest way to identify which wires do what, if not then I'd suggest reaching out directly to Hetronic support, they're usually pretty helpful with technical docs

This is helpful. Thanks! question though, do you know if Hetronic usually provides schematics for older units like the G610 right away, or does it take a while? Also, is there a safe way to test wire function without the full diagram?

You can use a multimeter to check for continuity between the sender's switch outputs and the corresponding pins on the receiver but you have to be extremely careful.
A mistake could easily short something and fry the system!!
I'd second @kiliman.jaro to contact Hetronic's support.
They can sometimes provide a PDF of the manual or a wiring diagram if you provide them the serial number of your units!
I think that's just the safest way to proceed.

Yeah, I'll try reaching out to Hetronic support and see if they can send the schematics, that should make it easier to sort the remaining controls. Thanks for pointing me in that direction
