Need a weight estimate for framed shed relocation

My coworker's relocating a 14x36 office shed and asked me to help with the lift. It's fully finished inside with drywall and flooring and reinforced with flat bar across the base. I'm thinking it's pushing 22K lbs. Anyone moved something similar?

If it's close to 22,000 lbs, you'll need a strong trailer that can handle that weight, like a rollback or one with hydraulics. Make sure the spots where you lift it are strong. Flat bars help, but check if anything bends. Also, support the inside so the drywall doesn't crack while moving.

We're planning to use a hydraulic tilt trailer rated for 24k lbs, so we have a bit of a safety margin. I'll double-check the lift points before we move forward. The flat bar reinforcement runs the full length under the joists but we haven't tested how it handles lifting yet. I'm thinking of bracing the inside with temporary studs across the drywall seams to help keep things steady during the move. Have you ever tried using foam or rubber pads between the trailer deck and the shed base to cut down on vibration? We're hoping to move it next week, so I'll do a dry lift test first to see how the structure holds up.
