HELP!!! AIR LEAK

All of a sudden, my Grove TMS300 is leaking air into the hydraulics. Passing through the swivel. And since I am well aware about how delicate that is, I really don't wanna mess with all the wiring to pull it. I'm thinking of adding a secondary air swivel to keep the air out of the hydraulic side. Is this viable? Just wondering if it's still possible to salvage.

Such a nuisance that is, you can find air swivels from places that sell parts for older cranes, like IPS or Gerhart Machinery. And if you need two lines through them, you just have to get creative. Truck parts suppliers that carry Wabco or Bendix might help as well, and a machine shop should be able to make a custom one pretty easily too. Good luck

Adding a second swivel won't solve the root of your problem, cuz the failed internal seals are still going to let air into the hydraulic circuit. If you're unsure how to pull it yourself find someone who is familiar with Grove electricals.
